At Fifthhour, we’re passionate about crafting high-quality coffee experiences. Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at stackbeverages@gmail.com, and include the following details:
– Your Order Number
– Clear Photographs of the product(s) and packaging
– A Brief Description of the Issue
Our customer support team will promptly review your request. If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement or arrange for an exchange of your coffee to ensure you receive the quality you deserve.
Cancellation Policy – Fifthhour
Because our coffee is roasted and packed fresh to order, we are only able to accept cancellations before your order has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.
To request a cancellation, please email us at stackbeverages@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel or refund it.
